This year, we will have musical guests Mike and Linda Hertzog on Saturday and Sunday. Bring your chairs and enjoy the show. The Historic Ephrata Cloister Chorus will also be here on Sunday. We will have apple butter, apple cider, artisans, presenters, Ulrich's Farm Market, and baked goods for sale. @TheHomesteadChef will also be here, and he may bring back a fair favorite - sausage sandwiches! HSI will be selling our own grass-fed beef burgers and potpie! We hope to see you there!
