On June 25, The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) announced the upcoming $55 million transformation of the iconic mid-century modern State Museum building and the tower that formerly housed the State Archives.

As we embark on our renovations to the State Museum, our membership models are shifting. Members can continue to enjoy valuable benefits even during the museum closure.
