Topic on September 15: Discover Dairy Beyond the Fridge
Did you ever wonder how your favorite bowl of ice cream gets from the dairy farm to your freezer? Join Brittany Snyder from the Dairy Excellence Foundation as she dives into the history and process of how milk gets from the farm to you. Get inspired by learning about engaging dairy education programs that are available for free, including the Discover Dairy program, Adopt A Cow, and local programs like the Calving Corner. Leave the conversation feeling good about where your food comes from, knowing you are providing safe and healthy products for your family when you choose real dairy.
With a passion for education, Brittany Snyder is from Mohrsville, Pennsylvania where she grew up on her family’s 7th-generation dairy farm. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley University and leads the primary dairy curriculum programs as the Dairy Education Programs Manager at the Dairy Excellence Foundation in Pennsylvania.
This free virtual program is presented via Zoom. Registration is required.
