Celebrate the season with a day full of history, holiday cheer, and family-friendly fun at Cornwall Iron Furnace! Enjoy guided tours of the furnace, seasonal refreshments, and a beautiful model train display by Brian’s Model Trains beneath our large decorated tree.
The museum store will be open—perfect for getting a head start on your holiday shopping! As always, members receive a 10% discount on all shop purchases.
Stop by the 1860s Paymaster’s Building to visit Santa and make a holiday craft.
This year, local historians will lead walking tours of Anthracite Village, which includes the guided tour of a former miner’s home. The Lebanon Craft Brewery will return to offer free tastings and will have their products and merchandise available for purchase in “Coleman’s Tavern.” Reenactor Sam Leamer will also be in the tavern, sharing stories about colonial tavern culture and displaying hands-on artifacts for visitors to explore.
We’re once again partnering with Cornwall Manor, which will open several of its beautifully restored buildings for the day. Their event, “Cookies, Carols, Crafts, and More,” will take place at the Freeman Community Center on the Cornwall Manor campus.
Activities include:
• Tours of the public areas of the 19-room Buckingham Mansion
• Performances by the Chapel Choir carolers
• Sales of homemade cookies and handcrafted items made by residents, including the talented Manor woodworkers
• The Manor Café, offering a light lunch for purchase
• A detailed model railroad display featuring scale models of major Cornwall buildings, located in the former Coleman Stable
Tickets will be available the day of the event at the Cornwall Iron Furnace Visitor Center.

• Youth (ages 3–17): $4
• Children ages 2 and under: Free
• Walking and house tour: Additional $5 per person
