Learn at Lunchtime is a program featuring a variety of exciting lectures and presentations.

Whether you call them fireflies or lightning bugs, there’s no denying that these insects are truly magical to watch. Joe Franckiewicz, Environmental Education Specialist at Raccoon Creek State Park, will discuss these charismatic insects, including their ecology, chemistry, life cycle, and threats currently facing them.
