Winter Hours for Trails of History Sites

In the Winter months, some of the sites on the Pennsylvania Trails of history enter "hibernation" while some reduce their hours. Use the below information as a guideline only.
We strongly encourage you contact the individual sites before venturing out.


Anthracite Heritage Museum: Closed January - February

Brandywine Battlefield Park:  Friday & Saturday 10am – 4pm

Bushy Run Battlefield Park: Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm

Conrad Weiser Homestead: Closed January & February

Cornwall Iron Furnace: Friday, Saturday 9am – 4pm & Sunday 12 – 4pm

Daniel Boone Homestead: Closed January - February - Grounds are open for walking

Drake Well Museum and Park:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am – 4pm

Eckley Miners' Village: Sunday – Saturday – hours vary

Ephrata Cloister:  Saturday 10am – 4pm & Sunday 12 – 4pm

Erie Maritime Museum and U.S. Brig Niagara: Friday & Saturday 9:30 am – 5pm

Fort Pitt Museum: Closed in January  February – December: Daily 10am – 5pm

Graeme Park:  Friday & Saturday 10am – 4pm & Sunday 12 – 4pm

Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum:  Thursday - Saturday 9am – 4pm & Sunday 12 – 4pm

Old Economy Village: Closed January & February

Pennsbury Manor: Closed January & February

PA Lumber Museum: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am – 4pm

PA Military Museum: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am – 3pm & Sunday Noon- 3pm

Railroad Museum of PA: Wednesday – Saturday 10am - 4pm & Sunday Noon – 4pm

Scranton Iron Furnace:  Grounds Open

The State Museum of Pennsylvania: Wednesday – Saturday 9am – 5pm & Sunday Noon – 5pm

Somerset Historical Center: Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm
